Support

Praana is built by one person, so you are emailing the person who wrote the code. That is slower than a support desk and more useful than one.

Contact

Email is the only channel

There is no phone line, no live chat and no ticket portal. Everything comes to one inbox, which is read every day.

Expect a first reply within two working days. If something is broken badly enough to lose data, say so in the subject line and it moves to the front.

  • Include your phone and OS version, both of which are in Settings inside the app.
  • A screenshot explains a layout problem faster than a paragraph.
  • If a feature crashed, say what you tapped immediately before it.

Before you write

Things that fix themselves

  • No sleep or stress score: both need a wearable that recorded overnight, and the stress score needs about two weeks of your own data before a baseline exists.
  • Scores stuck at yesterday: open Apple Health or Health Connect and confirm Praana still has read permission. A system update can reset it.
  • Ara is not answering: it needs a connection. It is not an offline model.
  • A feature asks for your date of birth: some features are restricted to over-17s and cannot be unlocked without it.

Your account

Data, deletion and privacy

You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app, or request deletion from the web if you no longer have the app installed.

Reporting a bug

There is a form inside the app

Settings has a feedback and bug report form. It attaches the screen you were on and your app version, which saves a round of questions. Reports go to our bug tracker rather than this inbox.

Write to support@orinthia.app.

For deletion see Delete your account. For what is collected and why, see Your data and the privacy policy.

Praana cannot answer medical questions. If something about your health worries you, speak to a clinician. See the medical disclaimer.
