Delete Your Account

You can delete your Praana account and its associated data at any time, directly in the app. This page explains how, what is removed, and what may be retained.

IN THE APP

Delete your Praana account

  1. 1On Android, open Praana and go to Settings → Delete Account. On iPhone, go to Settings → More → Delete Account.
  2. 2Confirm when prompted. This permanently deletes your account and cannot be undone.
  3. 3When deletion finishes, Praana wipes its data on the phone. On Android the app then closes.

WHAT IS DELETED

What deletion removes

  1. 1Your profile in our database: name, email, date of birth, biological sex, and on iPhone any height, weight, fitness level and blood type you entered.
  2. 2Your usage analytics, the feedback you sent in the app, and any OvaFlow partner-sharing summaries.
  3. 3Your Praana sign-in account itself. Deletion runs on our server and removes this data straight away.
  4. 4Everything Praana stored on the phone, such as logs, journal entries, Ara conversations and settings.

WHAT IS KEPT

What may be retained

  1. 1On Android, the entries Praana wrote to Health Connect are deleted, then Praana’s access is removed. Entries you or other apps saved stay.
  2. 2On iPhone, every entry Praana wrote to Apple Health is removed, such as water, caffeine, workouts, blood pressure and period entries. Entries you or other apps saved stay.
  3. 3Bug reports sent with Report a Problem are kept in our bug tracker for 12 months. Ask and we will delete them sooner.

BY REQUEST

If you cannot open the app

  1. 1Email support@orinthia.app from the address on your account and ask for your Praana account and data to be deleted.
  2. 2Include the email you signed up with so we can find and remove your data.
